We want you to be happy with anything that you purchase from Inka's.
If you purchased a garment that does not fit well, or has any defect, we will be happy to either replace it or refund your
money within 90 days of your purchase. We cannot, of course, offer refunds or exchanges on garments that have been worn,
washed, or altered. We also cannot accept returns on logoed or monogrammed merchandise.
If you paid with a credit or debit card, any refunds will be made back to the same card. If you paid by check, there is a
10-business-day waiting period before a refund can be issued. If you paid in cash, we can only refund up to $50 in cash, with
the balance paid by check issued and mailed within the next 3 business days.
If you made your purchase in one of our stores, please return that item to the store with your receipt, and
with any tags if you still have them. One of our sales associates will be happy to help you. If you want to return merchandise
but do not have your receipt, only store credit can be given.
